INK-SIDE
Disclaimer
Please read this before you use INK-SIDE, and above all before you trade from the INK-SIDE Agent terminal. It is a short version of the terms of use; where they differ, the terms apply. See also the privacy policy.

Not financial advice. Use INK-SIDE at your own risk. You sign, and you alone are responsible for, every transaction. Trading crypto, perps, memecoins and tokenized stocks can lose all of your money.
1. Not advice
- Nothing on INK-SIDE is financial, investment, trading, tax or legal advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell anything.
- Answers from the AI, comparisons, risk reads, briefs, the radar, agents and alerts are information only. They can be wrong, incomplete, out of date, late or missing. Check them yourself before you act.
- Rates, prices, APYs, funding and quotes are read from third parties at one moment and change all the time. Nothing shown is a promise of a price, a return or a fill.
2. You sign, you decide
- INK-SIDE never holds your funds or keys. The INK-SIDE wallet is made and run by Privy under its own terms; the terminal only prepares transactions and orders, and nothing moves until you sign in your wallet.
- Read every review before you sign. Signed blockchain transactions cannot be reversed, cancelled or refunded by INK-SIDE.
- Your limits and the killswitch are checked when a trade is prepared. They cannot stop a transaction you already signed, and they are not a guarantee against loss.
3. Trading can lose everything
- Perps (NADO): leverage can be liquidated. Stops and take-profits are trigger orders: in a fast market they can fill worse, or not at all, and they expire after 7 days. Limit orders rest until they fill or expire and are not protected until you add protection.
- Hedges and multi-step plans: each step is a separate transaction. A plan can stop half-way, both sides can lose, funding and fees change, and a tokenized stock can trade away from its perp.
- Memecoins: often have little liquidity, can be scams, can go to zero or become impossible to sell.
- Tokenized stocks (xStocks): are issued and redeemed by their issuer under its own rules and places; they are not the shares themselves.
- Deposits (Tydro): rates change, withdrawals depend on available liquidity, and lending protocols carry smart-contract risk.
- Swaps (LI.FI): prices can move up to the slippage you see. INK-SIDE adds a service fee of at most 0.3% to swaps, shown before you sign (not between dollar stablecoins, nor between ETH and WETH); networks and venues charge their own fees and gas.
- Paper trading uses invented money; its results say nothing about real trading.
4. Other people's services and agents
- Ink, Privy, LI.FI, NADO, Tydro, Quotrons, xStocks, FLock, Telegram, X and every other network, contract and service are run by others under their own terms. They can fail, pause, change, be hacked or refuse you, and INK-SIDE cannot control or undo what they do.
- Agents in the village are made by other users. INK-SIDE does not check or endorse them, and their ratings are other users' opinions.
- INK-SIDE is an independent, unofficial fan project. It is not sponsored by, affiliated with or speaking for any project, company or person it shows. Names and logos belong to their owners.
5. Experimental software, no warranty
- INK-SIDE is experimental, run by one person, and its contracts are not professionally audited. It can have bugs, be wrong, slow, hacked, paused, reset or shut down at any time.
- It is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty. To the fullest extent the law allows, INK-SIDE and the person who runs it are not liable for any loss, as the terms (section 15) explain.
6. Who may trade, and your laws
- Trading features are only for adults (18 or older, or the age of majority where you live) and only where they are legal for you. You are responsible for the laws, restrictions and taxes that apply to you.
- Videos, posts and examples may use demo wallets and demo values; they are not results.
