What INK-SIDE is

INK-SIDE is an independent, unofficial fan project. It is not sponsored by, affiliated with or speaking for Ink, Kraken, X or any project, company or person it features. Scenes, dialogue and character roles are fictional. Names and logos belong to their owners and are used to identify them. If you own one and want it changed or removed, contact us.

Your ID

• You sign in with X. One X account is one INK-SIDE ID, and one person may have one ID.
• Keep your X account safe, for example with two-factor sign-in. Anyone who can sign in to it can use your ID and your INK-SIDE wallet.
• Do not use more than one ID, bots or scripts, or bugs to gain coins, tickets, items or rewards. We may reset progress, remove items, or suspend or remove IDs that do.

Coins, tickets and in-game items

Coins, tickets, cards and items exist only inside INK-SIDE. They have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and daily limits apply. We may rebalance, change or reset them, especially while the game is in early seasons.

Paid capsules

• Only for people 18 or older, and only where paid random items are allowed.
• You pay in ETH on Ink from your own wallet. The price in ETH is set from a live price when you order, and it holds for a payment made within 7 days of that order.
• Capsules give cosmetic items only. The chances of each rarity are shown before you pay.
• Payments are final and cannot be refunded. If your payment is confirmed on Ink but no item arrives, send us the transaction hash and we will fix it.
• We may change prices, items and odds for future pulls. That never changes a pull you already paid for.

Platform rewards

Season rewards have not started yet; they are coming soon. INK-SIDE may give rewards, for example to holders of the Quotrons card book. Each season's rules, including how rewards are shared, will be published before it starts. Rewards are at our discretion. We may require an X account of a minimum age, a linked INK-SIDE wallet and one ID per person, and we may exclude IDs that look like one person playing many accounts. Rewards can change or end. They are not a promise, a payment for play or an investment.

Your INK-SIDE wallet

The wallet in INK·PHONE is a self-custodial embedded wallet run by Privy. You open it by signing in to Privy with the X account of your ID. We never hold its keys and cannot move your funds. In the Wallet app, every signature shows Privy's confirmation window first. You can export the private key at any time. If you lose access to your X account and have not exported the key, we cannot recover the wallet for you.

On-chain features

Features such as GM & Stack send transactions from your own wallet, and you confirm each one. Prices move and transactions can fail or cost fees. Tokens bought this way, including tokenized stocks, carry market risk and may not be allowed where you live, so check before you buy. Nothing on INK-SIDE is financial, investment or legal advice.

No warranty

INK-SIDE is a fan project provided as it is, without warranties. It may change, pause or stop at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost items, rewards, tokens or funds, or for losses from blockchains, wallets or third-party services.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date on this page. Continuing to use the site means you accept the new terms.
