Privacy
INK-SIDE is an independent, unofficial fan project at inkside.fun. This page explains what we collect when you watch, play INK-SIDE Island or use its apps, why, and how to have it removed. Questions or requests: a direct message to @0x_snatch on X.

The short version
- You sign in with X. We read your public X profile once per sign-in and keep no access to your X account. We never post for you.
- We keep your game progress, and one-way hashes of your network and device to stop one person from farming rewards with many accounts. We never keep those raw values.
- No ads, no analytics trackers, and we do not sell data.
- Blockchain transactions are public and permanent. We cannot remove them.
What we collect and why
Sign in with X. When you sign in, X shares your numeric X id, handle, account creation date and follower count. We use them to make and find your INK-SIDE ID, to show your handle as your name on the island, and to check reward eligibility (for example, how old the X account is). We ask X for the smallest permission it offers for sign-in (tweet.read and users.read). We never ask for posting, messages, follows or your email, and we never store the access X gives us: we ask X to revoke it right after reading your profile (it also expires on its own within two hours).
Your INK-SIDE ID. An internal id, the date you joined and the date you last signed in.
Game data. Your avatar's look and where you are on the island. Your coins, tickets, cards, quests and bag items, with a log of each change. Capsule pulls and the items you own. The time you confirmed you are 18 or older for paid capsules.
Your INK-SIDE wallet. If you make a wallet in INK·PHONE → Wallet, it is an embedded wallet run by Privy. You open it by signing in to Privy with the same X account, and it only opens for your ID's own X account. Its keys are held by Privy, never by us. If you link it to your ID, we store its public address. We check that you own it with a message you sign; that signature costs nothing and sends no transaction.
Paid capsules. The order, its price and the payment transaction hash on Ink. We do not store the paying wallet's address, but the payment itself is public on the blockchain.
Multi-account checks. At sign-up, sign-in and wallet linking we store keyed one-way hashes of your IP address, its network, a random device id kept in your browser, and your browser's user agent. The raw values are never stored. A clean-up that runs as the site is used deletes these hashes once they are 180 days old, and before rewards a person reviews IDs that share a device or address.
Support receipts. If you send one on /support: the handle, wallets, transaction and message you enter. Only the creator can see them.
GM & Stack. Your wallet address is sent to our server to read balances and check your transaction before you sign it. We do not store it.
Chat on the island stays in your browser. It is not sent to us.
Server logs. Our hosting providers may log IP addresses and request details as part of running the site. To limit abuse we keep IP addresses briefly in memory, and we never save them.

Your browser also keeps a random device id, your sound and chat-size settings, the arcade wallet for guests, your 18+ confirmation, and a pending capsule payment so it can be recovered. When you open the Wallet app, Privy may keep its own data in your browser to run the wallet.
Public blockchains
Anything done on a blockchain, such as a capsule payment, a GM or a token purchase, is public and permanent. Anyone can see it, and nobody, including us, can change or delete it.
How long we keep it
- Your ID and game data: while your ID exists.
- Multi-account hashes: 180 days.
- Support receipts: until the creator deletes them, or you ask us to.
Your choices and requests
To see, correct or delete your data, send a direct message to @0x_snatch on X from the X account you sign in with, so we know the ID is yours. When we delete an ID, we remove its game data and wallet link. To stop the same X account from claiming a reward twice, we may keep its X id and the multi-account hashes for up to 180 days.
You can unlink your wallet or export its private key at any time in INK·PHONE → Wallet. Deleting your ID does not delete a wallet you exported, or anything on a blockchain.
Age
INK-SIDE is not meant for children under 13. Paid capsules are only for people 18 or older.
Changes
If what we collect changes, we will update this page and its date.
